Transportation Networks 

A new, expansive network of pedestrian—and bicycle-friendly infrastructure will make the District a hub for active mobility across the region and decrease the area's overreliance on car infrastructure. Sidewalks, bike lanes, shared-use paths, and pedestrian plazas will enhance safety for all travelers and help attract new residents and visitors seeking active and healthy lifestyle amenities.

Green Spaces & Recreational Areas  

By adding nearly 40 acres of new outdoor and indoor recreational facilities, Swanson Farms embraces the needs of residents and the fast-growing youth sports market. An extension of Cherry Valley Path through proposed residential and commercial development will link new residents to this recreation campus and nearby natural areas.
